Assess
Feasibility and conceptTechnical and economic feasibility, ground conditions and design loads for the site’s environment (seismic, wind, flooding…): we confirm the project is viable before design starts.
Design
Design developmentThe most efficient structural system, optimised for locally available materials and skills, verified against the project codes.
Detail
Detailed designAccurate IFC drawings that can be built with the means available on site, produced from the BIM model.
Inspect
ConstructionOn site, we verify that what is built matches what was designed: we identify deviations, alert the owner and support the resolution of non-conformities, within the scope of our appointment.
Hand over
CompletionSnagging closed out and as-built documentation handed over to the owner.
Owner’s engineerTechnical assistance to the project owner
Our role: to act as the owner’s technical partner, particularly under design-and-build contracts, and to remain at their side until the project is complete.
We check that the contractor’s design meets the brief, the codes and the project context.
We review design calculations and IFC drawings before approval.
On site, we verify that the works comply with the approved drawings and good engineering practice.
