We take new projects from feasibility to construction, in reinforced concrete and structural steel. Every structure is designed for the loads of its own environment: seismic, wind, cyclones and hurricanes, flooding and marine exposure.
We assess existing structures, identify their pathologies and design the rehabilitation, strengthening and extension works that safely extend their service life.
We advise and support our clients at every stage of their project: technical choices, design direction, comparison of options and cost control. As the owner’s technical partner, we verify that the contractor designs, calculates and builds in accordance with the codes, the approved drawings and good engineering practice. Under design-and-build contracts, we support the owner from design review through to handover, checking on site that the works comply. For contractors, we optimize the design (value engineering) and secure the detailed engineering.
We develop our projects on shared 3D BIM models, for smooth, clear coordination between all parties: architect, MEP, electrical and civil engineers, and every trade. Coordination and clash detection happen upstream, on the model, to avoid rework on site.
